How to Mirror or Stream from Your Mac to a TV

Connect both your Mac and your TV to the same Wi-Fi network.
Click the Control Center icon in the top-right corner of your Mac menu bar.
Click Screen Mirroring (the icon with two overlapping displays).
Select your TV or target display from the list to start mirroring or extending your desktop.

Setup Steps

Admin Settings: Log in to your Webex Control Hub, go to Settings, and select Meeting providers.
Enable Google Meet: Toggle on Enable Google Meet to activate WebRTC support on your devices.
Add Interoperability Token: Generate and submit an interoperability token from your Google Admin Console to let users join without waiting as a guest (requires paid Google Workspace).
Hybrid Calendar: Set up the Webex Hybrid Calendar service so meetings appear automatically on your device screen.

How to Join Meetings

One Button to Push (OBTP): Tap the green Join button that appears on your Webex Board screen right before the scheduled meeting starts.
Manual Dialing: Select the Google Meet button directly on the device interface and enter the meeting code or dial info from your calendar invite

Connecting HDMI to Google Meet

Presenting in a Meeting Room

Connect Laptop: Plug the room’s HDMI cable (often a dedicated presentation cable attached to the touch controller or interface) directly into your laptop’s HDMI port.
Start Presenting: Tap the “Present” option on the Google Meet room touchscreen controller to share your laptop screen with everyone in the call and in the room.
Check Audio Settings: If room audio or video fails to route correctly, go to Google Meet Settings, select your Audio/Speakers, and choose the HDMI output device.

Using Multiple Monitors at Your Desk

Extend Displays: Plug your secondary monitor into your computer using an HDMI or DisplayPort cable, then press Windows + P and select Extend.
Manage Windows: Drag your Google Meet window to one screen and your notes or presentation materials to the other.

Google Meet Physical Restart/Power Cycle

Unplug power: Disconnect the power cord from the back of the Series One compute system or power adapter.
Wait: Leave it unplugged for about 30 seconds to let the system fully power down.
Re-plug: Reconnect the power cord to turn the device back on and wait for it to boot up.

Google Meet Restart via Admin Console

Sign in: Log in to your Google Admin Console using an administrator account.
Navigate: Go to Menu > Devices > Google Meet hardware > Devices.
Select device: Filter or select the specific Series One room kit or device you want to reboot.
Reboot: Click Reboot to restart immediately or schedule it for when the device is idle.

Google Meet Pinhole Reset Option

Option 1: On a Series One Compute System

The recovery pinhole is typically located on the back panel of the box, often near the Kensington Lock slot.

1. Power down: Turn off the Google Meet compute system entirely.

2. Disconnect accessories: Unplug any external storage devices, mice, or non-essential peripherals.

3. Press and hold pinhole: Insert an unfolded paperclip or a SIM ejector tool into the recovery pinhole, then press and hold the button down.

4. Power on: While keeping the pinhole button held, press the Power button once to turn the system back on.

5. Release: Release the pinhole button once you see the on-screen recovery message (e.g., “Chrome OS is missing or damaged”), or when you hear the internal cooling fans spin up and then settle back down.
