Hours Worked is calculated from Time In / Time Out in whole hours — any partial hour rounds up to the next full hour (e.g. 7 hrs 15 min = 8). Shifts past midnight are handled. Hours Billed copies Hours Worked until you type your own whole-hour value. “Email to HC Productions” sends the PDF to invoices@hcproductions.org with replies going to the Email you enter above. The form clears itself after you export or email the invoice (Preview does not clear it), so preview first if you want to double-check. Until then your entries are saved in this browser.
